摘要
建立了葡萄酒中7人工合成色素和防腐剂的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法采用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×250mm×5μm)反相色谱柱,流动相为20mmo L/L乙酸铵-甲醇(梯度洗脱),流速1.0m L/min,柱温30℃,进样量20μL。该方法的检出限0.2mg/L,线性范围0.40-50μg/m L,加标回收率98.9-104.1%,相对标准偏差为1.03-2.00%(n=4)。
A HPLC-transform wavelength method for determination of 7 synthetic colors and preservative in wine was developed. The analysis column was ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×250mm×5μm), the mobile phase was methanol-20 mmo L/L NH4AC(p H 4.0) with gradient elution, the flow rate was 1.0mg/L, the column temperature was 30℃, and the injection volume was 20μL. the threshold of the detection was 1.0mg/L. the linear plots were obtained between 0.40 and 50μg/m L. overall recoveries were between 98.9% and 104.1%, and RSD(n=4) value were between 1.03% and 2.00%.
