抑制电导离子色谱法测定糕点中的溴酸钾、山梨酸、苯甲酸 被引量:4

摘要 采用电导抑制离子色谱法同时测定糕点中的溴酸钾、山梨酸、苯甲酸三种食品添加剂。样品经纯水溶解超声后,分别用C18柱、Ag/H柱、微孔滤膜除去蛋白质等大分子有机物,氯离子及金属阳离子和微小颗粒,然后进行色谱分析。三种化合物在0.2~20mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)〉0.998,加标回收率在92.2%~95.9%,峰面积重复性(RSD)≤2%。该方法分析速度快,结果准确可靠,可在大批量样品检测中应用。 Three kinds of food additives of potassium bromate, benzoic acid and sorbic acid were simultaneously determined by ion chromatography with suppressed conductance detection. After ultrasonic processing, separated by C18 column, Ag/H column and microporous membrane filter to remove protein and chloride ion and metal cation and molecule, and the sample was analyzed by ion chromatography. Potassium bromate, benzoic acid and sorbic acid showed good linearity (r 〉 0. 998 ) in the range of 0. 20 - 20 mg/L The recoveries were between 92. 2% - 95. 9% and the RSDs were less than 2%. This method was rapid, accurate and reliable, which can be used for the determination of a large number of samples.
