摘要 针对既有公共建筑改扩建中面临的消防设计难题,以铁路无锡站改扩建工程为对象,开展消防性能提升及评估技术研究。通过采取防火分隔措施,控制火灾荷载,降低火灾风险,改善疏散条件,提高消防系统性能的技术手段,实现改扩建工程整体防火性能提升的目标。利用数值模拟分析验证烟控系统有效性和人员疏散的安全性,分析结果表明,在采取有效的消防安全技术措施条件下,人员安全疏散可以得到保障。 In view of the fire protection design problems faced in the reconstruction and extension of existing public buildings, the performance-based fire protection improvement and evaluation technology research was carried out taking the reconstruction and extension project of Wuxi Railway Station as an example. Through taking some reliable measures such as adopting fire compartmentation, controlling fire load, improving evacuation conditions and improving the performance of fire protection system, the goal of improving the overall fire protection performance of reconstruction and extension projects was achieved. By designing reasonably fire scene and evacuation scene to use computer to conduct the fire dynamic simulation and occupant evacuation simulation, the effectiveness of smoke control system and the safety of evacuation were analyzed. The analysis results showed that under the condition of taking effective fire safety technical measures, the safe evacuation of occupants could be guaranteed.
