摘要
泉州安溪万达广场总建筑面积15.4万m2,消防设计目标应保障人员的生命安全,确保在发生火灾时,建筑系统能为人员疏散提供充足的时间,同时应保护财产安全,合理设置防火分隔措施、自动灭火和防排烟设施。通过分析消防设计案例,结合主要消防技术措施及消防设计中易遇到的问题提出解决措施,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
The total construction area of quanzhou anxi wanda plaza is 154 000 m2.The fire protection design target should ensure the life safety of personnel,ensure that in case of fire,the building system can provide sufficient time for evacuation of personnel,and at the same time protect the safety of property,reasonable set fire prevention separation measures,automatic fire fighting and smoke exhaust facilities.Through the analysis of fire design cases,combined with the main fire technical measures and fire design problems encountered in the proposed solutions,can provide a reference for similar projects.
