摘要
为铅胁迫番茄的生产应用提供科学依据,以农博、金鹏、毛粉、Lycopersicon hisutum和Lycopersicon esculentun 5个番茄品种为研究对象,研究0(对照,等量蒸馏水)、50ng/mL、100ng/mL、200ng/mL、300ng/mL和400ng/mL不同浓度铅溶液处理番茄种子的发芽势、发芽率、相对发芽率和胚根长度等变化。结果表明:50ng/mL铅溶液处理对农博、金鹏、毛粉、L.hisutum和L.esculentun的发芽势、发芽率、相对发芽率和胚根长度均具有一定的促进作用,其余浓度铅溶液处理5个品种发芽势、发芽率、相对发芽率和胚根长度均低于对照并随着浓度的增大呈下降趋势;不同品种对铅毒害的耐受力不同,毛粉的耐铅特性相对较强,农博的耐铅性相对较弱。300ng/mL铅溶液处理农博和金鹏平均胚根长度均为0,即已无胚根长出,毛粉、L.hisutum和L.esculentun平均胚根长度已降至最短,分别为0.25cm、0.19cm和0.17cm;400ng/mL铅溶液处理5个品种平均胚根长度均为0,已无胚根长出。
The germination vigor,germination rate,relative germination rate and radicle length of five tomato varieties’seeds treated with Pb solutions with six different concentrations (0,50 ng/mL,100 ng/mL,200 ng/mL,300 ng/mL and 400 ng/mL) were determined to provide the scientific basis for application in tomato production under Pb stress. Result: The 50 ng/mL Pb solution has the certain promotion effects on germination vigor,germination rate,radicle length and relative germination rate of five tomato varieties. The germination vigor,germination rate,relative germination rate and radicle length of five tomato varieties’ seeds treated with other four Pb concentrations are lower than CK and show a declining trend with increase of Pb concentration. Different tomato varieties have different Pb tolerance. The relative Pb tolerance of Maofen variety is the highest but the relative Pb tolerance of Nongbo variety is the weakest. The average radicle length of Nongbo,Jinpeng,Maofen, Lycopersicon hisutum and Lycopersicon esculentun varieties’ seeds treated with 300 ng/mL Pb solution is 0 cm,0 cm,0.25 cm, 0.19 cm and 0.17 cm respectively. The 400 ng/mL Pb solution treatment inhibits radicle growth of five tested tomato varieties completely.
