摘要
隐性思想政治教育从理论上可以溯源至马克思主义交往实践理论、杜威的道德教育理论、缄默知识理论等。隐性思想政治教育具有目标潜隐、时空开放等特点。高校应积极挖掘隐性思想政治教育资源,通过技术更新搭建隐性思想政治教育的载体,整合力量加强隐性思想政治教育的队伍建设,提高隐性思想政治教育效果。
Implicit ideological and political education can be traced back to Marxist communication practice theory, Dewey’s moral education theory, tacit knowledge theory and so on.The implicit ideological and political education has the characteristics of hidden goal and open space and time. Colleges and universities should actively realize the implicit ideological and political education resources, build up the carrier of implicit ideological and political education through technical updating, integrate the forces to strengthen the construction of implicit ideological and political education team, and improve the effect of implicit ideological and political education.
