摘要
美国“学校健康与体育教育联盟”(AAHPE)致力于学校体育工作者与卫生健康领域工作人员共同协作,合力提升美国青少年学生的健康素养与运动能力。通过文献资料、比较分析等方法,对AAHPE的组织特征与运行方式进行了研究。结果表明:在宗旨与指向方面,AAHPE倡导为促进学生身体发展和实现学生健康福利提供服务,对新型体育与健康教育理念的形成提供指导,为学校体育与健康教育的立法提供咨询。在结构功能方面,AAHPE通过预设的健康教育计划来规范学校对学生健康问题的认识;通过举办专业研讨会、建立专业委员会等方式,促进教师的专业发展与成长,探讨为学生提供养成健康生活方式所需的各类知识与技能。我国可以借鉴AAHPE的运行方式,在国家统一课程标准的指导下,延展体育与健康教育目标的包容性,优化学生的健康行为;通过有效课程与教学提升学生对健康风险的认识,使用个性化信息指导学生体育与健康核心素养的形成。
The AAHPE is committed to working together between school sports workers and health workers to improve the health literacy and sports ability of American young students.By means of literature and comparative analysis,the organizational characteristics and operation mode of AAHPE are studied.The results show that in terms of purpose and direction,AAHPE advocates to provide services for the promotion of students’physical development and the realization of students’health and welfare,and to provide guidance for the formation of a new concept of physical education and health education.To provide advice on the legislation of physical education and health education in schools.In terms of structure and function,AAHPE standardizes the school’s understanding of students’health problems through the preset health education plan.Through the organization of professional seminars,the establishment of professional committees and other ways to promote the professional development and growth of teachers,to explore the provision of students with all kinds of knowledge and skills needed to develop a healthy lifestyle.Our country can learn from the operation mode of AAHPE,under the guidance of the national unified curriculum standard,extend the inclusiveness of the goal of physical education and health education,and optimize the health behavior of students.Through effective curriculum and teaching to enhance students’understanding of health risks,and use personalized information to guide the formation of students’physical education and health key literacy.
