摘要
目的探讨加味蛇床子散联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗细菌性阴道病的临床疗效。方法将100例细菌性阴道病患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组50例。对照组采用甲硝唑片治疗,治疗组采用加味蛇床子散联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗。观察2组治疗后3、6个月的复发率及临床疗效。结果2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(96.0%比94.0%,P>0.05),治疗组治疗后3、6个月复发率均低于对照组(4.0%比20.0%、10.0%比46.0%,均P<0.05)。结论加味蛇床子散联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗细菌性阴道病与甲硝唑治疗的效果相当,但加味蛇床子散联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗细菌性阴道病可降低复发率。
Objective To explore the curative effect of Jiawei cnidium fruit powder combined with live lactobacillus capsule for vaginal use on bacterial vaginosis. Methods A total of 100 patients with bacterial vaginosis were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole tablets.The treatment group was given Jiawei cnidium fruit powder combined with live lactobacillus capsule for vaginal use.The recurrence rate and clinical curative effect were observed after 3 and 6 months of treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(96.0% vs 94.0%, P >0.05).At 3 and 6 months after treatment,the recurrence rates in treatment group were lower than those in control group(4.0% vs 20.0% and 10.0% vs 46.0%,respectively;P< 0.05 ). Conclusion Jiawei cnidium fruit powder combined with live lactobacillus capsule for vaginal use and metronidazole have an equivalent effect on bacterial vaginosis.However,the combine of Jiawei cnidium fruit powder and live lactobacillus capsule can reduce the recurrence rate in patients bacterial vaginosis.
