摘要
目的系统性评估自拟中药灌洗联合甲硝唑对细菌性阴道炎患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年7月—2019年7月于沈阳市妇婴医院妇科病房住院并接受治疗的细菌性阴道炎患者60例,入组病例均采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例应用甲硝唑片阴道纳药治疗,试验组30例在对照组基础上联合中药灌洗治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、瘙痒持续时间及白带恢复正常时间变化情况。结果经临床治疗,试验组中医证候积分(1.33±0.58)分,外阴瘙痒持续时间(6.33±1.82)d,阴道瘙痒持续时间(6.11±1.44)d,白带恢复正常时间(7.16±1.59)d;对照组中医证候积分(4.29±0.62)分,外阴瘙痒持续时间(9.47±2.11)d,阴道瘙痒持续时间(10.21±2.13)d,白带恢复正常时间(12.38±2.47)d,试验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药灌洗联合甲硝唑纳药治疗可显著调节患者阴道菌群紊乱,恢复阴道分泌物健康,清热解毒、抑菌消炎、除湿止痒,中西药物联合应用可显著提高临床疗效,值得临床推广。
Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine lavage combined with metronidazole on patients with bacterial vaginosis.Methods Sixty patients with bacterial vaginosis were enrolled.The enrolled patients were randomly divided into control group and experiment by envelope method.30 patients in the control group were treated with metronidazole tablets and vaginal drug.Thirty patients in the experimental group were treated with Chinese medicine lavage on the basis of the control group.The changes of TCM syndrome score,itching duration and leucorrhea returning to normal time before and after treatment in the two groups were observed.Results After clinical treatment,in the experimental group,the syndrome score of TCM was(1.33±0.58),the duration of vulvar itching was(6.33±1.82)days,the duration of vaginal itching was(6.11±1.44)days,and the normal time of leucorrhea was(7.16±1.59)days.In the control group,the symptom score of TCM was(4.29±0.62),the duration of vulvar itching was(9.47±2.11)days,the duration of vaginal itching was(10.21±2.13)days,and the normal time of leucorrhea was(12.38±2.47)days.The experimental group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine lavage combined with metronidazole treatment can significantly regulate vaginal flora disorder,inhibit bacterial reproduction and infection,improve the clinical efficacy,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
