摘要
转基因食品已通过商业化运作进入到人们的日常消费饮食范围,甚至影响着人们的消费习惯。采用问卷调查的方式收集数据,构建结构方程模型,分析了感知风险、涉入程度对消费者转基因大豆油购买意愿的影响;同时,运用单因素方差分析探讨了不同人口统计变量的消费者的感知风险、涉入程度、购买意愿是否存在显著差异性。研究发现:消费者对转基因大豆油的感知风险分为健康、后代、功能、个体心理、社会外在影响风险;消费者产品涉入程度、购买涉入程度对转基因大豆油购买意愿影响不显著;不同人口特征变量的消费者的感知风险、涉入程度、购买意愿不存在显著的差异性。
GM food has entered into the daily consumption diet through commercial operation,and even affected people’s consumption habits.Data were collectsed by questionnaire survey to constructs structural equation model and analyzes the impact of perceived risk and involvement degree on consumers’purchase intention of GMO soybean oil,and one-way ANOVA was used to explore the perceived risk,involvement degree and purchase intention of consumers with different demographic variables.There were significant differences.The results showed that perceived risk of GMO was divided into health,offspring,function,individual psychology and social external impact risk.The degree of consumer product involvement and purchase involvement had no significant effect on the purchase intention of GMO soybean oil.There was no significant difference in perceived risk,degree of involvement and purchase intention among consumers with different demographic characteristics.
