摘要
目的探究氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林对脑梗死患者血小板活性及动脉硬化的影响。方法选定本院收治的脑梗死患者82例,研究时段自2017年1月—2018年12月,按照治疗方式进行分组,分对照组(41例,常规治疗)、试验组(41例,在对照组基础上给予氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗)。回顾分析患者资料,比较治疗效果、血小板活性指标、动脉硬化情况。结果试验组临床总有效率(92.68%)显著较对照组(73.17%)高,P<0.05;试验组治疗前1周血清血小板活化因子(PAF)、血小板聚集率、颈动脉内中膜厚度(CIMT)、纤维蛋白原与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗8周后两组上述指标均降低,且试验组较对照组低,P<0.05。结论在脑梗死患者治疗中,氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗效果理想,可有效改善血小板活性,缓解动脉硬化情况,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of clopidogrel combined with aspirin on platelet activity and arteriosclerosis in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty-two patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were selected.The study period was from January 2017 to December 2018.The patients were divided into a control group(41 cases,conventional treatment)and an experimental group(41 cases,clopidogrel combined with aspirin was given on the basis of the control group).The patients data were retrospectively analyzed to compare the therapeutic effect,platelet activity indexes and arteriosclerosis status.Results The total clinical effective rate(92.68%)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.17%),P<0.05.Comparing the serum platelet activating factor(PAF),platelet aggregation rate,carotid intima-media thickness(CIMT)and fibrinogen of the experimental group with those of the control group in 1 week before treatment showed that there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the above indexes were decreased in both groups,and those of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction,clopidogrel combined with aspirin is effective,which can effectively improve platelet activity and relieve arteriosclerosis.It is worth recommending.
