摘要
目的探讨川穹嗪注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选择2010年7月至2011年7月在我院住院的急性脑梗死患者98例,随机分为观察组(n=49)和对照组(n=49),观察组采用川穹嗪注射液加入生理盐水中静脉滴注,对照组采用丹参注射液加入生理盐水中静脉滴注,对比观察2组患者治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组神经功能缺损评分(12.34±8.14)分,明显低于对照组(16.72±10.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.88%,对照组为75.51%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论川穹嗪注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效优于丹参注射液,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of chuanqiongqin injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 98 cases of acute cerebral infarction were selected from July 2010 to July 2011 and randomly divided intoobservation group（n=49）and control（n=49）.The observation group was given intravenous infusion of chuanqiongqin injection and the control group was received intravenous infusion of Danshen injection.The therapeutic effects were observed and compared.Results The neurologic deficit scale of the observation group was（12.34±8.14）,which was significantly lower than（16.72±10.23）of the control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.88%,which was higher than 75.51% of the control group;the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Chuanqiongqin injection is effective in treating acute cerebral infarction,which is superior to Danshen injection.It＇s worthy of clinic application.
