摘要
疑难病是难以言明、诊治乏术的一类疾病的总称,在古代医籍中早有论述,而今已成为临床医学常见问题与研究热点。奇病、杂病、慢性病中具有疑难病特点者均可归于疑难病范畴,而难治病仅为难治,与疑难病不尽相同。疑难病之所以疑难,其责在对理法方药、症因脉治知之不多,或认知局限,或经验不足。基于古今医家的经验,读经典、勤思考、多临证方为解决疑难病的基本思路与方法。
Difficult diseases are the general name of a kind of diseases which are difficult to explain and lack of treatment and treatment.They have been discussed in ancient medical books,and now they have become common problems and research hotspots in clinical medicine.Those with the characteristics of difficult diseases in strange diseases,miscellaneous diseases and chronic diseases can be classified into the category of difficult diseases,while difficult diseases are only difficult to treat,which is different from difficult diseases.The reason why difficult diseases are difficult lies in the lack of knowledge of prescriptions,prescriptions,pulse therapy,or cognitive limitations or lack of experience.Based on the experience of ancient and modern physicians,the basic ideas and methods of solving difficult diseases are reading classics,thinking hard and using more clinical prescriptions.
