摘要
总结张琪教授对疑难病的认识及临证思路。认为疑难病的病机在于虚、痰、瘀、毒,临证需病证结合,厘清病位病性,明辨气血及正虚、邪实。治疗主张药少力专者难起沉疴,临证以复法大方常有出奇制胜之效。
Prof.ZHANG Qi＇s experience in treating difficult diseases was summarized.The pathogenesis of difficult diseases is deficiency,phlegm,stasis or toxin.The nature and location of difficult diseases and qi,blood,right deficiency and evil repletion should be clarified according to the combination of disease and syndrome.Prof.ZHANG Qi often uses large prescription and complex therapy to treat refractory diseases.
