The Background of the Establishment of the Discipline of Teacher Education in China and Its Historical Mission

摘要 我国教师教育学科建设肇始于20世纪90年代中后期兴起的教师教育改革,教师教育专业化、教师教育大学化、教育学分化发展等教师教育改革方向与发展趋势的内在逻辑推进了教师教育学的诞生。作为教育学一级学科下属最年轻的二级学科,教师教育学科在新时代肩负着三大根本使命:构建教师教育学科文化,促使教师教育学科成熟;立足教师教育原创研究,夯实教师教育学科基础;致力教师教育人才培养,厚植教师教育学科根本。 The construction of the discipline of teacher education in China started with the reform of teacher education in the middle and late 1990s. The internal logic of the direction and development of the reform of teacher education, such as the specialization, universitization of teacher education and the differentiation and development of educational science, has promoted the birth of the discipline of teacher education. As the youngest secondary discipline under pedagogy, the discipline of teacher education shoulders three fundamental missions in the new era: to construct the culture of the discipline of teacher education and to promote the maturity of the discipline, to consolidate the foundation for the discipline of teacher education based on the original research of teacher education;to cultivate the talents of teacher education and the discipline of teacher education.
