摘要
目的探讨幽门螺旋菌(Hp)感染患者接受左氧氟沙星治疗后的恢复情况。方法选取我院2016年8月-2018年8月期间收治的118例幽门螺旋菌感染患者作为研究对象,分为观察组(阿莫西林+雷贝拉唑+胶体果胶铋+左氧氟沙星)和对照组(雷贝拉唑+胶体果胶铋+阿莫西林+甲硝唑)各59例,观察两组患者的治疗恢复情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的治疗有效率(96.61%>83.05%)、Hp根除率(94.92%>77.97%)相对更高(P<0.05),复发率(3.39%<15.25%)相对更低(P<0.05),腹痛消失时间[(4.35±1.36)d<(7.97±1.48)d]、恶心呕吐消失时间[(3.82±1.27)d<(8.34±1.55)d]以及反酸消失时间[(3.71±1.53)d<(8.12±1.85)d]相对更短(P<0.05)。结论在幽门螺旋菌感染二线治疗用药中,选用左氧氟沙星,可以有效根除Hp,进而祛除病因,改善患者的临床症状,促进其良好恢复。
Objective To investigate the recovery of patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection after levofloxacin treatment. Methods 118 patients with Helicobacter pylori infection admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were divided into observation group(triple therapy+levofloxacin) and control group(triple therapy+amoxicillin) with 59 cases in each group. The recovery of the two groups was observed. Results Compared with the control group, the effective rate of treatment(96.61%>83.05%), the eradication rate of Hp(94.92%>77.97%) in the observation group were relatively higher(P<0.05), the recurrence rate(3.39%<15.25%) was relatively lower(P<0.05), the disappearance time of abdominal pain [(4.35<1.36) d<(7.97<1.48) d], the disappearance time of nausea and vomiting [(3.82<1.27) d<(8.34<1.55) d] and the disappearance of acid reflux were relatively lower(P<0.05). The time [(3.71(+1.53) d<8.12(+1.85) d] was relatively shorter(P<0.05). Conclusion Levofloxacin can effectively eradicate Hp in the secondline treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection, thereby eliminating the etiology,improving the clinical symptoms and promoting its good recovery.
