摘要
伴随着越来越复杂的工艺流程和管网分布,输油气站场的故障问题逐渐趋于多元化,为提高站场故障诊断、安全管理和信息管理能力,以站场等比例、高精度的3Ds Max 软件模型为载体集成现有数据,在大数据分析技术和ArcGIS 开发技术的基础上将数据存储、数据分析及网页前端交互技术有机结合,形成能够动态实时掌控站场设备安全状态的系统平台,进一步提升安全生产的宏观监控、精准监管水平,从而推动信息化背景下“智慧站场”的建设,促进站场向数字信息化、管理可视化、目标智能化方向发展。
The faults at oil and gas stations gradually tend to be diversified as technological process and pipeline network distribution get more and more complicated. In order to improve the capacity of fault diagnosis, safety management and information management at oil and gas stations, existing data was integrated in the high-precision 3 Ds Max software model with the equal proportion to the station, and data storage, data analysis and web front-end interactive technique were combined based on big data analysis technology and ArcGIS development technology. And consequently, a systematic platform that can control the safety status of devices at the stations dynamically in real time was established to improve the macroscopic monitoring and precise supervision of safety production, so as to urge the construction of "smart station" in the background of informatization and promote the station development of digital informatization, management visualization and target intelligence.
