摘要
随着信息技术与油气工业的深度融合,以及大数据、云计算、人工智能等先进信息技术的发展,基于工业互联网的油气储运设备智能运维成为发展趋势。为应对油气储运行业数字化转型和安全生产的迫切需要,通过总结油气储运设备智能运维现状,提出基于工业互联网的油气储运设备智能运维技术架构,梳理了在该架构下的智能运维关键技术,包括多源信息融合监测评估、自适应精确诊断、运维风险预测评估、智能运维决策及可视化智能运维系统开发。分析了基于工业互联网的油气储运设备智能运维在设备状态监测与健康管理、设备性能测评与能耗管理、设备设施风险评价、智能巡检与作业风险管控4个方面的典型应用,探讨了数字孪生、工业互联网、大数据、人工智能与设备运维结合的技术发展趋势,以期为油气储运设备智能运维技术发展提供参考。
With the deep integration of information technology and the industrialization of oil and gas, as well as the development of advanced information technologies such as big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence, the intelligent operation and maintenance of oil & gas storage and transportation equipment based on the industrial internet has become the trend of development. To meet the urgent requirement of digital transformation and safe operation of oil &gas storage and transportation industry, the current status of intelligent operation and maintenance of oil & gas storage and transportation equipment was summarized. On this basis, a technical framework on intelligent operation and maintenance of oil & gas storage and transportation equipment based on the industrial internet was proposed, and the key technologies of intelligent operation and maintenance under this framework were sorted out, including the monitoring and evaluation of multi-source information fusion, accurate adaptive diagnosis, prediction and evaluation of operation and maintenance risks, intelligent operation and maintenance decision, and development of visual intelligent operation and development system. Besides, the typical application of intelligent operation and maintenance of oil & gas storage and transportation equipment based on industrial internet in equipment monitoring and health management, performance evaluation and energy consumption management, risk assessment of equipment and facilities, and risk control of intelligent patrol inspection and operation, was analyzed. Further, the technology development trend of the combination of digital twin, industrial internet,big data, artificial intelligence and equipment operation and maintenance was discussed, so as to provide a reference for the intelligent operation and maintenance of oil & gas storage and transportation equipment.
