地方院校师范生学习动机与教学效能感的关系研究 被引量:2

A Study on the Relationship Between Learning Motivation and Teaching Efficacy of Normal Students of Local Colleges and Universities

摘要 教学效能感是教学胜任力的前提,学习动机与教学效能感之间能够相互作用。对1089名地方院校师范生的调查表明,地方院校师范生的学习动机和教学效能感存在显著的性别和年级差异。女生的学习动机和教学效能感显著高于男生,学习动机随着年级增长呈现出U型发展特点,教学效能感随着年级增长呈波浪式下降趋势。师范生的学习动机水平越高,教学效能感及个人教学效能和一般教育效能也就越强。职业成就、家庭利益和学业成就对教学效能感和个人教学效能构成显著的回归效应,家庭利益能够显著地预测一般教育效能。为此,地方院校应当加强对师范专业男生和中低年级师范生的专业指导,引导师范生积极地认知教育功能,增强师范生专业学习的内部动机,将教学实践融入人才培养的全过程。 The sense of teaching efficacy is the premise of teaching competence. Learning motivation and the sense of teaching efficacy can promote each other. The survey results of 1089 normal students from local colleges and universities show that significant gender and grade differences exist in learning motivation and the sense of teaching efficacy. Learning motivation and sense of teaching efficacy of female students are significantly higher than those of male students. Learning motivation is characterized by U-shaped development with the gaining of grades. The sense of teaching efficacy bears a wave-liked downward trend with the gaining of grades. The higher the level of learning motivation of normal students is, the stronger their sense of teaching efficacy and personal teaching efficacy, and the weaker general teaching efficacy will be. Career achievement, family interest and academic achievement constitute an important regression effect on the sense of teaching efficacy and personal teaching efficacy. Family interest can significantly predict general teaching efficacy. To this end, local colleges and universities should strengthen the professional guidance to male students, freshman and sophomore students. Students should be guided to understand positively the function of education, enhance the internal motivation of their teacher professional learning, and integrate teaching practice into the whole process of teacher education.
