摘要
葫芦素煤矿西翼风井井筒穿越深厚软弱岩层,区域生态环境脆弱,地质与水文地质条件复杂,全深冻结法施工面临诸多问题:冻结钻孔成孔难度大;冻结管下放易卡阻;冻结壁解冻后,钻孔环形空间存在导水隐患等。通过采用抑制性防塌钻井液和钻孔环形空间导水通道置换封堵技术,有效保障了冻结孔钻进施工安全,消除了冻结壁解冻后的冻结孔环形空间导水淹井隐患,为生态环境脆弱地区深厚软弱岩层井筒冻结法施工提供了经验。
In Hulusu Mine,the west wing ventilation shaft was passed through a deep and thick soft weak rock stratum.The regional ecological environment was fragile,the conditions of the geology and hydrogeology were complicated and the shaft construction with the full depth freezing method would have many problems.The drilling difficulty of the freezing hole would be high and the freezing pipe putting down in the freezing hole would be easily jammed.After the freezing wall thawed,the hidden danger of the water flowing in the annular space of the drilling holes and others could be occurred.The restrained anti-collapsed drilling fluid and the replacement and sealing technology of the water flowing channels in the drilling hole annular space could be applied to effectively protect the construction safety of the freezing hole drilling,to eliminate the water flowing and mine shaft water flooding hidden danger of the freezing hole annular space after the freezing wall thawed.Those experiences could be provided to the freezing construction of the mine shaft in the deep depth and soft weaken rock stratum for the ecological and weak environment region.
