摘要
靖丰煤业有限公司反井导孔施工所遇地层中,山西组和太原组地质条件复杂,施工中易漏失、掉块、垮塌,容易发生孔内事故,成孔难度大。根据对钻孔地层岩性与水文地质特征的分析,结合钻孔结构,提出了使用水泥-水玻璃堵漏浆液和聚合物防塌堵漏钻井液的综合处理方案,工程应用效果良好,导孔施工顺利完成。
In the strata passed through in the raise pilot hole construction by the Jingfeng Coal Mining Company Limited,the geological conditions of Shanxi Formation and Taiyuan Formation were complicated.In the construction of the pilot hole,the inner hole accidents of the leakage,rock pieces falling and collapse would be easily occurred and the hole forming would be difficult.According to the analysis on the strata lithology and the hydrogeologic features of the pilot hole,in combination with the pilot hole structure,a comprehensive control plan with a cement-sodium silicate sealing grout and the collapse and leakage prevention polymers drilling liquid was provided,the engineering application effect was excellent and the pilot hole construction was successfully completed.
