安尔碘皮肤消毒剂在手术室开启后使用期限的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究安尔碘皮肤消毒剂在手术室开启后的有效期限,为其科学使用提供理论依据。方法:在万级手术间内,将32瓶安尔碘皮肤消毒剂随机分为A、B、C组各10瓶,空白对照组2瓶。A组使用频次为11次/d,B组使用频次为19次/d,C组使用频次为27次/d。开启后在第3,5,7,9,11,13,15d对染菌量、对大肠杆菌ATCC25922最低抑菌浓度(MIC)、最小杀菌浓度(MBC)的监测,以判断消毒液的抑菌杀菌的稳定性。结果:A组15d内实验标本无菌生长;B组13d内实验标本无菌生长,C组11d内实验标本无细菌生长。使用时间的延长和使用频次的增加,三组MIC与MBC的值变大,但是变化不明显。结论:在洁净手术室环境下,60mL瓶装安尔碘皮肤消毒液规范使用情况下,每天使用频次≤27次,消毒液瓶开启后存放时间至11d未检测出细菌污染,且安尔碘消毒液对大肠杆菌具有稳定的杀菌和抑菌的效果。 Objective: To investigate the service life of Aner iodine skin disinfectant after opening in the operating room, and to provide a theoretical basis for its scientific use. Methods: In a general clean operating room, 32 bottles of Aner iodine skin disinfectant were randomly divided into groups A, B, and C(10 bottles per group) as well as blank control group(2 bottles). The frequencies of use were 11 times/d, 19 times/d, and 27 times/d for groups A, B,and C, respectively. On days 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, and 15 after opening, the number of bacteria as well as the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) against Escherichia coli ATCC25922 were determined to evaluate the stability of bactericidal and bacteriostatic effect of the disinfectant. Results: No bacteria in specimens were observed up to 15, 13, and 11 days for groups A, B, and C, respectively. For the three groups, the values of MIC and MBC increased with time and the frequency of use, but the changes were not significant. Conclusion: Aner iodine skin disinfectant has a good and stable bactericidal and bacteriostatic effect against Escherichia coli as no bacterial contamination was detected until the disinfectant(60 ml/bottle, frequency of use: ≤27 times/d) was used for 11 days after opening, which meets the requirements for skin disinfection in the clean operation room.
