摘要
目的探讨含碘消毒剂对临床耐药菌株最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。方法以安尔碘为研究对象,采用对倍稀释法,以不同浓度对临床耐药菌株和标准菌株大肠埃希菌(8099)和金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538)分别作用1、3、5 min,观察杀灭效果。结果安尔碘的有效碘含量为7.81 mg/L,作用1 min可将所有检测菌全部杀灭;有效碘含量为3.90 mg/L,作用5 min可将检测的所有菌株全部杀灭。但作用1 min,革兰阳性菌中有7株临床分离的金黄色葡萄球菌的MBC(7.81 mg/L)高于其标准菌株(3.90 mg/L);作用5 min,革兰阴性菌中有18株菌的MBC(3.90mg/L)高于标准菌株大肠埃希菌(<1.95 mg/L)。结论绝大部分临床多重耐药菌对安尔碘的抗力未超过标准菌株,仍呈现出良好的杀灭效果。
Objective To determine the minimal bactericidal concentration( MBC) of iodine-containing disinfectant against clinical drug-resistant bacterial strains. Methods Anerdian was used as studied object,doubling dilution method was adopted,Anerdian of different concentrations was contacted with clinical drug-resistant bacterial strains,standard strain Escherichia coli( 8099),and Staphylococcus aureus( ATCC 6538) for 1,3,and 5 min respectively,and bactericidal efficacy was observed. Results All detected bacteria were killed by Anerdian which containing 7. 81 mg/L available iodine in1 min,by Anerdian which containing 3. 90 mg/L available iodine in 5 min. But when contact time was 1min,MBCs of 7strains of clinically isolated Staphylococcus aureus( 7. 81 mg/L) were higher than that of standard strain of Staphylococcus aureus( 3. 90 mg/L); when contact time was 5 min,MBCs of 18 strains of isolated Gram-negative bacteria( 3. 90 mg/L)were higher than standard strain of Escherichia coli( 〈1.95 mg/L). Conclusion Resistance of most clinical multidrugresistant strains to Anerdian is not higher than the standard strain,and Anerdian still presents a good bactericidal efficacy.
