摘要
目的:比较戊二醛消毒剂对四种快生长分枝杆菌的杀灭效果,评价它们作为消毒剂对分枝杆菌杀灭试验标准株的可能性。方法:采用悬液定量杀灭试验分别对4种快生长分枝杆菌进行评价,以平均杀灭率来判断试验菌株对消毒剂抵抗力的大小。结果:1%的戊二醛作用1min对试验的4种分枝杆菌杀灭率达99 90 %以上,当1%的戊二醛作用10min ,试验的所有分枝杆菌均被完全杀灭。耻垢分枝杆菌对戊二醛的抵抗力最弱,偶然分枝杆菌最强。结论:偶然分枝杆菌有在消毒剂杀灭分枝杆菌试验中作为标准株是可行的。
Objective:In order to evaluate the potential of each mycobacterium to serve as standard strain in mycobactericidal tests,this article compared the resistance of four rapid growing mycobacteria to a glutaraldehyde disinfectantMethods:A suspension quantitative bactericidal test,containing 3 different concentration of disinfectant and 4 contact times,was selected to evaluate the killing efficacy of disinfectant against each mycobacteriumResults:Disinfectant solution with 1% glutaraldehyde can kill more than 9990% of the each tested mycobacterium after contacting 1 minute,and when the contact time prolonged to 10 min,1% glutaraldehyde can entirely kill the tested mycobacteriaMsmegmatis was most sensitive to glutaraldehyde among the 4 tested rapid growing mycobacteria,on the contrary,Mfortuitum was the most resistant oneConclusion:Mfortuitum has the potential to serve as standard train in mycobactericidal tests of disinfectants
