摘要
介绍了某电机定子冲片扣点式复合模的结构设计、工艺方案分析、装配工艺要点。解决了该类模具技术难题,满足了该冲片的精度要求,达到了冲片的叠压技术要求,模具结构简单,维修方便。
This paper introduced the structure design,process plan analysis and assembly process key points of a button-point compound die for stator stamping sheet of a motor.These solved this kind of die technical problems,satisfied the precision requirement of the stamping sheet,meet the technical requirements of lamination of stamping sheets,the die structure is simple and easy to maintain.
