摘要
介绍了一副用于制造汽车手刹基座的模具。在对冲压工艺分析及确定工艺方案的基础上,设计落料冲孔倒装复合模结构,并对模具工作过程做了简单阐述。模具结构可靠,已批量用于生产,精度和生产效率高。
This paper introduces a mould used to build the brake base of automobile hand brake. Based on the analysis of the stamping process and the determination of the process,the composite mould structure was designed,summarize the working process of the die briefly. The mould structure is reliable,high precision and production efficiency.
