摘要
公安决策能力在公安工作中占有越来越重要的地位,也是培养和选拔警务工作人才的重要标准。多年来,《公安决策学》课程已被全国多所公安院校设立为公安管理学专业的必修课程之一,但是从课程定位、教学内容、教学手段来看,公安院校讲授的《公安决策学》远不能满足公安实战的需要。明确课程培养目标,增加实训内容,拓宽警务思维方式,改善教学方法等措施,必将成为公安院校《公安决策学》课程教学改革与实践的重要举措。
The ability of public security decision-making occupies a more and more important position in public security work,and is also an important standard for training and selecting talents in police work.Over the years,the course of "Public Security decision Science" has been established as one of the compulsory courses for the major of public security management in many public security colleges and universities throughout the country.However,from the perspective of course orientation,teaching content,and teaching means,The Public Security Decision-making Science taught in public security colleges is far from satisfying the needs of the actual combat of public security.Such measures as clarifying the training goal,increasing the content of practical training,broadening the mode of thinking of police affairs, and improving teaching methods will become important measures for the reform and practice of the course of "Public Security decision Science" in public security colleges and universities.
