摘要
远程虚拟实验教学系统因其共享性强、人机交互性能良好等优势,已经成为教育领域的关注热点。文章结合大连理工大学虚拟仿真实验室建设需求,以电比例阀特性研究为例设计出一套远程液压实验虚拟仿真教学系统。该系统可实现学生在远程客户端通过Web浏览器登录液压实验室网站,操控工程级别的力士乐DS4实验台实现液压系统的实际操作以及液压回路的虚拟仿真设计,并能获取真实实验表象及实验数据。该虚拟仿真教学系统的设计丰富了液压实验教学内容,在突破时间和空间的限制的同时,提高学生的空间想象力,增加了学生与试验台视觉近距离接触的机会。
The remote virtual experiment teaching system has become a hot spot in the education field because of its strong sharing and good human computer interaction performance.This paper combines the construction requirements of virtual simulation laboratory of Dalian University of Technology,and designs a remote hydraulic experiment virtual simulation teaching systembased on the study of electric proportional valve characteristics.The system enables students to log in to the hydraulic laboratory website through a web browser on a remote client,and manipulates the engineering grade Rexroth DS4 test bench to realize the actual operation of the hydraulic system and the virtual simulation design of the hydraulic circuit,and to obtain real experimental images and experimental data..The design of the virtual simulation teaching system enriches the content of hydraulic experiment teaching,and at the same time breaks the time and space constraints,and cultivates students' innovative consciousness and engineering ability.
