摘要
针对目前高等院校的创新型人才培养问题,讲述了创新人才培养与实践教学之间的关系,剖析实验教学常见的问题,指出实验教学改革的途径。通过改革传统教学模式,建设新型实验教学体系来达成创新型人才为培养的目标。
Aiming at problems in the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges, this paper describes the relationship between the cultivation of innovative talents and practical teaching, analyzes common problems in experimental teaching, and points out the ways of the experimental teaching reform. Through reforming the traditional teaching mode, building a new type of experimental teaching system, the goal of cultivating innovative talents can be reached.
