摘要
目的:分析预防医学专业本科实习生岗位胜任力要素,系统构建岗位胜任力模型,为预防医学专业人才的培养、培训、考核以及高校预防医学专业的培养方案和教学改革提供参考依据。方法:根据参考文献与听取专家意见确定预防医学专业本科实习生岗位胜任力要素,采用自制问卷以普查的方式对2013级86名全体预防专业本科生和以抽样调查的方式对50名教学实习单位的带教老师进行调查,了解其对各胜任力要素重要程度的态度与评价,利用因子分析法构建预防医学专业实习生岗位胜任力模型。结果:预防医学专业本科实习生岗位胜任力可被分为6个因子:个人特质、预防医学知识技能、公共卫生工作技能、沟通与执行能力、职业发展能力、影响力。结论:所构建的预防医学专业本科实习生岗位胜任力模型较好地衡量预防医学专业本科实习生的综合能力,对预防医学专业人才的培养、培训、考核以及高校预防医学专业的培养方案和教学改革具有重要借鉴意义。
Objective To analyze the post competency factors of undergraduate internatives of preventive medicine and systematically construct the post competency model, which provides a reference for the training, training, assessment of preventive medicine professionals, and the training program and teaching reform of preventive medicine specialty in colleges and universities. Methods According to the reference and the expert opinion, the post competency factors of undergraduate interns in preventive medicine were determined, and self-made questionnaires were used in a census of 86 undergraduates of all prevention majors in 2013 and 50 undergraduates in a sample survey. The teacher was asked to conduct a survey to assess the attitudes and evaluation of the importance of each competency factor, and to construct a "competent post competency model for preventive medical specialty trainees" using factor analysis. Results The post competency of preventive medical undergraduate interns can be divided into six factors: personal characteristics, preventive medical knowledge and skills, public health job skills, communication and execution skills, professional development capabilities, and influence. Conclusion The post-mortem competency model of undergraduate interns in preventive medicine is better to measure the comprehensive ability of undergraduate intern trainees of preventive medicine, training, training, assessment of preventive medical professionals, and training programs and teaching of preventive medical specialty in colleges and universities. Reform has important implications.
