摘要 目的探讨将3D打印技术应用于髁状突骨折的临床教学价值。方法选取口腔全科专业规培医生及五年制口腔医学本科实习生共50名作为研究对象。随机分为实验组和对照组,每组25人。对照组采用传统的教学方法进行临床教学。实验组结合3D打印髁状突骨折模型进行临床教学;授课结束后,从理论和技能两个方面对学生进行考核,并用调查问卷评估学习效果。结果问卷调查结果显示,实验组在各方面评价均高于对照组,临床技能考核实验组学员均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而理论考核成绩没有区别。结论3D技术对髁突骨折的教学有一定的帮助,临床教学应用前景广阔。 Objective To explore the value of 3D printing technology applied in clinical teaching of condylar fracture.Methods Fifty undergraduates majoring in stomatology general standardized training doctors and five-year stomatology undergraduates were selected as the subjects of study.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 25 students in each group.In the control group,students were taught with traditional teaching methods,whereas the new teaching model of combination 3D printing of condylar fracture was employed in the experimental group.At the end of the course,the students were assessed by theory and skill,and the learning effect was evaluated by questionnaire.Results In the questionnaire survey,the evaluation of many aspects of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the clinical skill assessment of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no difference in the results of the theoretical examination.Conclusion The 3D printiology has certain help for the condylar fracture teaching,with a better application prospect in clinical teaching.
