摘要
分析企业商业模式的主要形式及苏州发展现状,指出外贸企业商业模式创新的动因,提出"互联网+外贸"背景下企业商业模式创新的路径:拓宽贸易范围,实现市场多元化;利用互联网、大数据,实现产品差异化;吸引、培养人才,实现人才专业化;创新物流模式,实现物流运输体系高效化.
This paper analyzes the main forms of business mode and the current situation of Suzhou’s development, points out the motivation of innovation of business mode for foreign trade enterprises, and proposes the innovating path of enterprise business mode under the “Internet plus foreign trade”: widening trade scope, realizing market diversification, utilizing Internet and big data to realize product differentiation;attracting and training talents, realizing the specialization of talents, innovating the logistics mode, and realizing the high efficiency of logistics transportation system.
