摘要
我国在稀土资源方面有着得天独厚的优势,满足了世界70%以上的稀土市场需求。但是经过长期以来的开采和出口,我国稀土出口也显露出了出口价格过低、出口市场过于集中、出口缺乏科学管理等问题。提出了加强稀土行业秩序整顿,提高稀土产品科技含量、实现稀土出口市场多元化等建议。
China has a unique advantage in rare earth resources,which meets the needs of more than 70% of the world's rare earth market.However,after a long period of exploitation and export,China's rare earth export has also revealed such problems as too low export price,too centralized export market,and lack of scientific export management. Suggestions are put forward on strengthening the reorganization of rare earth industry,improving the scientific and technological content of rare earth products,and realizing the diversification of rare earth export market.
