摘要
民粹主义的崛起从思想观念、政治秩序挑战到了西方既有秩序,也动摇了传统主流政党的地位。但民粹主义概念的不确定性、作为一种政治现象的多面性以及对社会新变化的不同理解导致了民粹主义认知的差异。在民粹主义思想政治发展的机理认识方面,有关经济不平等、文化断裂、民主政治的功能失衡等方面的理论解释从不同方面显示了导致西方新的民粹主义的复杂的社会政治动因。在民粹主义的应对问题上,西方不同的政治力量显示了分裂的态度。理性对待民粹主义,需要着力于鉴别民粹主义发展中的不同问题,并针对民粹主义所引发的不同问题,积极回应民粹主义所暴露出的社会政治问题,同时抵制偏狭的民粹主义思想和政治行为。
The rise of populism has challenged the existing order in the West in terms of ideology and political order, and has also shaken the status of the traditional mainstream political parties. However, the uncertainty of the concept of populism, the multifaceted nature of it as a political phenomenon and the different understandings of the new changes in society lead to the difference in the populist perceptions. In terms of understanding the mechanism of populist ideological and political development, theoretical explanations on economic inequality, cultural breakdown, and the dysfunction of democratic politics have shown the complex social and political motives leading to the new populism in the West from different perspectives. On the issue of responding to populism, different political forces in the West are divided. To treat populism rationally, we need to focus on identifying the different problems in the development of populism, and actively respond to the social and political problems caused by populism while resisting the narrow populist ideology and political behaviors.
