摘要
针对以往使用旋转电机力矩模式控制方式模拟加载存在的控制响应慢,模拟加载延迟高,不能很好的模拟实际负载的情况,提出了一种以直线电机为核心的角度-扭矩模拟加载系统。考虑角度-扭矩模拟加载设备的任务要求,建立了以Beckhoff工控机为硬件核心的设备控制系统,设计了控制系统硬件结构及软件结构。同时,在LabVIEW中显示出实时采集的角度-扭矩曲线,从而验证系统的精度及可靠性。通过测试,本系统能够满足对模拟加载系统的静态及动态精度要求,并且缩短了项目的研制周期,提高了效率及可靠性。
On the situation of slow reaction,long delay,and bad result in loading simulation when using rotary motor torque mode,a new angle- torque simulation loading system with linear motor as core is provided. In consideration of project requirements,a control system is built with Beckhoff industrial computer as its hardware core,and a hardware architecture and a software architecture is also designed for control system. In the meantime,acquired angle-torque curve line is displayed in LabVIEW to verify the accuracy and dependability of system. Through this experiment,this system can satisfied the requirements of static and dynamic accuracy of analog loading system,and it also can reduce the development duration of the project and increase its efficiency and dependability.
