摘要
该文针对一台为适应细支烟生产而改造的卷烟机,设计开发了一套基于倍福PLC的重量控制系统,并详细介绍了其控制原理。该系统采用微波测量烟支重量,并使用数字PID控制算法实现重量控制。系统硬件结构简单,性能稳定可靠,响应迅速,并预留升级改造的空间,完全能够取代原机控制系统,满足细支烟生产的精度要求,保证了生产效率和产品质量。
In this paper,a weight control system is developed Based on Beckhoff PLC for a ZJ19 cigarette machine which is changed for slender cigarette production, and the control principle of system is also introduced.The system uses microwave to measure cigarette weight, uses digital PID control algorithm to achieve weight control. The system hardware structure is simple,stable and reliable performance, quick response, and set aside the upgrade space. It could completely replace the original machine control system to meet the requirements of slender cigarette production precision, ensure the production efficiency and product quality.
