摘要
近年来,随着我国经济的不断发展,对于建设交通设施要求也越来越高,特别是对于建设地铁,其对于城市持续性发展起着十分重要的作用。对于地铁而言,其属于一项地下工程,故而有着较高的造价成本,其中涉及到较多的财力、人力以及物力,关键点在于做好对成本的管理工作,将可持续性发展当作基础,以符合各种要求为前提,实施针对性的管理。
In recent years,with the continuous development of China's economy,the requirements for building transportation facilities are getting higher and higher,especially for the construction of subways,which plays an important role in the sustainable development of cities.For the subway,it belongs to an underground project,so it has a high cost of construction,which involves more financial,human and material resources.The key point is to do a good job in managing costs and regard sustainable development as basis and implement targeted management on the premise of meeting various requirements.
