摘要
随着城市化的发展,交通问题日益突出,在此背景下,在城市中建设地铁工程逐渐在我国大城市内得到普遍的关注,不仅缓解城市的交通拥堵问题,在一定程度上也解决了土地资源的合理利用。然而,在目前地铁工程成本控制管理中存在很多方面的问题,大大增加了地铁工程的建设成本。本文将对精细化管理模式概念及其特征进行分析,然后结合我国地铁工程成本控制管理的现状,探索出地铁工程成本控制中精细化管理措施,以期能够为地铁工程成本控制管理工作提供科学有效的参考依据。
With the development of urbanization, traffic problems have become increasingly prominent. Under this background, the construction of subway projects in cities has gradually gained widespread attention in large cities in China. It not only alleviates the problem of urban traffic congestion, but also solves the rational use of land resources to a certain degree. However, there are many problems in the current cost control management of subway projects, which greatly increases the construction cost of subway projects. This article will analyze the concept and characteristics of the refined management model, and then combine with the status quo of the cost control and management of China＇s subway projects, explore the fine management measures in the cost control of subway projects, with a view to providing a scientific and effective reference for the cost control and management of subway projects.
