摘要 针对目前选煤厂变电所故障频发的现象,设计了一套基于虚拟仪器技术的故障在线监测系统。结合选煤厂的实际情况,对系统的总体方案进行了设计,综合考虑开发成本与硬件设施要求,对系统硬件设施进行了选型分析,利用编程知识与实际要求设计了监测系统软件程序。本系统具有实时性好,开发成本低,可视化的优点。能有效的对选煤厂变电设备的工作隐患进行报警,实时保障工人的生命财产安全以及选煤厂效经济益。 Aiming at the phenomenon of frequent fault in substation of coal preparation plant, a set of on-line fault monitoring system based on virtual instrument technology is designed in this paper. Combined with the actual situation of coal preparation plant, the overall scheme of the system is designed;the development cost and hardware facilities requirements are considered comprehensively, and the hardware facilities of the system are analyzed;the software program of the monitoring system is designed with programming knowledge and practical requirements. The results show that the system has the advantages of good real-time performance, low development cost and visualization. In addition, it can effectively alarm the hidden danger of substation equipment in coal preparation plant, so as to guarantee the safety of workers’ life and property as well as the economic benefits of the factory.
