摘要
目的研究在分娩期高龄产妇的心理特点,评价采取心理护理干预的疗效。方法采集样本即为2016年12月—2017年9月收入的38例分娩期高龄产妇,参照随机数字表法进行组别区分,参照组予以常规护理干预,实验组予以心理护理干预,分析产妇的心理特点,对比两组护理干预效果。结果护理前,参照组可能存在严重焦虑心理1例,肯定存在明显焦虑心理3例,肯定存在焦虑心理5例,可能存在焦虑心理6例,不存在焦虑心理4例;存在严重抑郁心理2例,肯定存在抑郁心理4例,可能存在抑郁心理8例,不存在抑郁心理5例;实验组可能存在严重焦虑心理2例,肯定存在明显焦虑心理2例,肯定存在焦虑心理6例,可能存在焦虑心理4例,不存在焦虑心理5例;存在严重抑郁心理2例,肯定存在抑郁心理5例,可能存在抑郁心理8例,不存在抑郁心理4例;实验组护理后分娩期高龄产妇HAMA评分、HAMD评分低于参照组相关数据指标,P<0.05,数据指标之间存在统计学计算意义。结论分娩期高龄产妇多具有焦虑、抑郁等不良心理,将心理护理干预应用在分娩期高龄产妇中有利于改善不良心理,存在重要意义。
Objective To study the psychological characteristics of elderly parturients during childbirth and evaluate the effect of psychological nursing intervention.Methods The collected samples were 38 elderly women who gave birth during the period from December 2016 to September 2017.The group was divided according to the random number table method.The reference group was given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given psychological nursing intervention.Maternal psychological characteristics,and analysis of the effects of nursing intervention.Results Before the nursing,there were 1 case of severe anxiety in the reference group,3 cases of obvious anxiety,5 cases of positive anxiety,6 cases of possible anxiety and 4 cases of no anxiety.There were 2 cases of severe depression,4 cases of positive depression,8 cases of possible depression and 5 cases of non-depression.In the experimental group,there were 2 cases of severe anxiety,2 cases of obvious anxiety,6 cases of positive anxiety,4 cases of possible anxiety and 5 cases of non-anxiety.There were 2 cases of severe depression,5 cases of positive depression,8 cases of possible depression and 4 cases of nondepression.The HAMA score and HAMD score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The elderly parturient has anxiety,depression and other adverse psychological,psychological nursing intervention in the elderly parturient is conducive to improve the adverse psychological,there is important significance.
