摘要
目的:观察产前优质护理干预对改善高危妊娠孕妇睡眠质量和心理状态的效果。方法:选取2019年4月至2020年4月蚌埠市第三人民医院收治的高危妊娠孕妇180例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组90例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予优质护理干预,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)比较2组患者焦虑以及抑郁状态的改善情况,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量变化情况,采用生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)评分比较2组患者生命质量改善情况。结果:干预后,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组,观察组QLQ-C30评分显著高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:产前优质护理干预可以改善高危妊娠孕妇睡眠质量,改善焦虑以及抑郁情绪,提高患者生命质量,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To observe the effect of prenatal high-quality nursing intervention on improving sleep quality and mental state of pregnant women with high-risk pregnancy.Methods:A total of 180 high-risk pregnant women admitted to Bengbu Third People′s Hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given high-quality nursing intervention.Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used to compare the changes of mental state and sleep quality between 2 groups.Quality of life was evaluated by QOL-30 Scale(QLQ-C30)at the same time.Results:After intervention,PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,QLQ-C30 score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Prenatal high-quality nursing can improve sleep quality,relieves anxiety and depression anxiety of pregnant women with high-risk pregnancy,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
