摘要
目的探讨助产士心理护理干预对高龄产妇产程进展及剖宫率的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年6月在我院进行分娩的140例高龄产妇进行研究,随机分成对照组和观察组,各70例,对照组采取常规护理方案,观察组在常规护理的基础上,采取助产士心理护理干预,记录两组孕妇产程时间、分娩过程出血量,同时记录剖宫产发生情况。结果观察组3个产程时间均短于对照组,分娩过程出血量少于对照组,发生剖宫产的产妇少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高龄产妇分娩时,采取助产士心理护理干预,能够有效改善产妇心理环境,促进分娩的有序进行,可缩短产程,降低剖宫率。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the progress of labor and the rate of cesarean section in elderly parturients.Methods A total of 140 elderly parturients who gave birth in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=70)and observation group(n=70).The control group was given routine nursing plan.On the basis of routine nursing,the observation group was treated with psychological nursing intervention of midwives.The duration of delivery and the amount of bleeding during delivery were recorded,and the occurrence of cesarean section was recorded at the same time.Results The length of the three stages of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the amount of bleeding during delivery was less than that in the control group,the number of cases of uterine labor was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During delivery,the psychological nursing intervention of midwives can effectively improve the psychological environment of parturients,promote the orderly delivery,shorten the delivery process and reduce the rate of cesarean section.
