摘要
为改善农村小学全科教师的职前培养现状,并为其他院校小学全科教师的培养提供借鉴,对河南省某师范学院展开个案研究。河南省X师范学院在培养农村小学全科教师过程中存在的主要问题有:报考的内部动机缺乏、学习行为投入与认知投入不足、课程教学满意度低、小学全科师范生收获体验自评与就业期待定位较低。优化小学全科教师的职前培养,应唤起学生的内部学习动机,不断完善课程体系建设,重构课堂教学模式,并进一步促进共同体建设;明确政策导向,提高学生的就业期待。
In order to improve the pre-service training of general practitioners in rural primary schools and provide some reference for the training of general practitioners in primary schools of other colleges,this study carried out a case study of a normal college in Henan Province.Research found that the main problems existing in the process of training general practitioner teachers in rural primary schools in Henan X Normal University are as follows:lack of internal motivation,lack of learning behavior and cognitive input,low satisfaction with curriculum teaching,low self-evaluation of primary school general practice and employment expectation positioning.To optimize the training of general teachers in primary schools,we should arouse students'internal learning motivation,constantly improve the construction of curriculum system,reconstruct classroom teaching mode,further promote community building,clarify policy orientation and raise students'employment expectations.
