教师教育综合化的内涵追究与科学路径 被引量:9

摘要 教师教育综合化现象具有区域、层次、水平、阶段等维度上的多元意义指涉,“中国特色的优质综合化”才是当代我国最需要的综合化样态。并非所有的教师教育综合化路径都是美好的,衡量教师教育综合化品质必须坚持“四度”标准,即学科支撑度、学科融合度、教师培养关联度与师范文化清晰度。基于此,当代我国教师教育综合化改革的科学路径是:确立“教育人才成长为本”的教师教育综合化理念,在动态分流中培育高水平教师教育事业共同体,综合大学积极培育教育学的“小学科生态”。 The phenomenon of the integration of teacher education has multiple meanings in the dimensions of region, degree, level and stage. The “high-quality integration with Chinese characteristics” is the most needed integrated form in contemporary China. Not all the paths to the integration of teacher education are good. We should adhere to the “four-dimension” criteria, namely, the discipline supporting, the disciplinary integration, the relevance of teachers training and the clarity of teachers culture. So the scientific path to the integration of teacher education is like this: establishing the comprehensive idea of teacher education based on the growth of educational talents, fostering a community of high-level teacher education in the dynamic flow and actively cultivating the “little disciplinary ecology” of pedagogy in comprehensive universities.
