摘要
首次在红地球葡萄贮藏上应用“脉冲渗透双重杀菌贮藏保鲜技术”,同时研发与集成了葡萄采前管理、脉冲杀菌、采后预冷、入库及精准温度控制、化学保鲜等综合技术体系,使葡萄的贮藏保鲜期由原来的45~60d延长到目前的140~175d,这在红地球葡萄贮藏保鲜配套技术上取得了重大突破,对延长陕西关中地区葡萄贮藏保鲜期,实现葡萄错季销售,满足市场需求,增加果农收入具有现实意义。
The “pulse osmotic double sterilization storage technology” was applied to the storage of Red Globe grape for the first time. At the same time, the comprehensive technical systems such as pre-harvest management, pulse sterilization, postharvest pre-cooling, storage and precise temperature control, chemical preservation were developed and integrated, so that the storage preservation period of grape was extended from 45 between 60 days to 140 between 175 days at present. It was significance to extend the fresh-keeping period of the grape in the Guanzhong area of Shaanxi, to sell the grape in the staggered season, to meet the market demand and increase the income of the fruit growers.
