摘要
目的分析连云港地区人乳头状瘤病毒( HPV)感染状况,并探讨HPV易感因素。方法回顾分析连云港地区HPV感染率及各亚型分布状况,分析阴道清洁度、阴道毛滴虫、真菌、细菌性阴道病(BV)、解脲支原体感染与HPV感染相关性。结果本地区 HPV总体阳性率为23. 14%,年龄段与HPV感染率差异无统计学意义(x^2=7.91,P>0. 05);本地区HPV16、HPV52、HPV583种亚型感染率较高(14.6%、14.4%、7.89%);农村患者HPV阳性率显著高于城镇患者,差异有统计学意义(x^2=10. 13,P <0.05);阴道清洁度异常、细菌性阴道病阳性、解脲支原体阳性患者,其HPV感染率升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而阴道毛滴虫阳性、真菌感染阳性对HPV感染阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论HPV感染率及亚型分布与地域相关,HPV感染与阴道清洁度、细菌性阴道病、解脲支原体感染相关,HPV亚型分布对本地域HPV疫苗的使用有一定的指导作用。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of human papillomavirus ( HPV) infection in Lianyungang region, and to explore the factors of HPV susceptibility. Methods The incidence rate of HPV infection and the distribution of various subtypes in Lianyungang area were analyzed retrospectively, and the correlation between vaginal cleanliness ,trichomonas vaginalis,fungi, bacterial vaginosis ( BV),ureaplasma urealyticum infection and HPV infection was analyzed. Results The positive rate was 23. 14%,and the differences in HPV infection rate at all ages was not statistically significant (x^2 =7.91, P> 0.05). The positive rate of three HPV subtypes ( HPV16, HPV52, HPV58) were high (14.6%,14.4%,7. 89%);and the positive rate of HPV in rural patients was significantly higher than that in urban patients (x^2 =10. 13, P<0. 05). The HPV infection rate of the patients with abnormal vaginal cleanliness,bacterial vaginosis infection and ureaplasma urealyticum infection increased (P<0. 01), while the positive trichomonas vaginalis infection and the positive fungi infection had no significant effect on the HPV infection (P >0.05). Conclusion The infection rate and subtype distribution of HPV are related to the region. HPV infection is related to vaginal cleanliness, bacterial vaginosis and ureaplasma urealyticum infection. The distribution of HPV subtypes has a certain guiding role on the use of HPV vaccine in the local area.
