摘要
从建言的自利动机与利他动机视角出发,基于期望效用理论,通过52名主管和198名员工的配对数据,探讨了世俗理性主义与员工建言之间的关系。实证分析显示:世俗理性主义对建言有显著促进作用,个人主动性在世俗理性主义与建言之间起到中介作用,同时员工的他人导向会调节世俗理性主义对建言的影响。研究结果为建言的自利动机与利他动机的共存及相互促进提供了实证支持。
From the perspective of self-interest motivation and altruistic motivation, based on expected utility theory, this thesis explores the relationship between lay rationalism and employee’s voice through paired data of 52 supervisors and 198 employees. Empirical analysis shows that: Lay rationalism has a significant promoting effect on voice. Personal initiative plays an intermediary role between lay rationalism and voice, and employee's other-orientation can adjust the influence of lay rationalism on voice. The research results provide empirical support for the co-existence and mutual promotion of the self-interest motivation and altruistic motivation of voice.
