摘要
明确创业者创新承诺的产生与作用机理对提升小微企业创业者创新承诺水平具有重要意义.聚焦小微企业创业者风险态度和企业内部创新文化,按照“风险态度—创新文化—创新承诺”分析范式,采用问卷调查探究创业者风险态度与创新文化对创业者创新承诺的影响路径.实证结果表明,创业者风险态度对创新文化及创新承诺有显著的正向影响,创新文化在风险态度对创业者创新承诺的影响中起中介作用.
It is important to clarify the influencing factors and mechanism of entrepreneurs’innovation commitment to improve the innovation commitment of small and micro enterprises.Focusing on the risk attitude of small and micro entrepreneurs and the internal innovation culture,a questionnaire survey is used to explore the impact path of entrepreneurial risk attitude and innovation culture on entrepreneurial innovation commitment,based on the paradigm of“risk attitude-innovation culture-innovation commitment”.The empirical results show that entrepreneurs’risk attitude has a significant positive impact on innovation culture and innovation commitment,and innovation culture plays an intermediary role in the impact of risk attitude on entrepreneurs’innovation commitment.
