摘要
目的建立同时测定大米中15种元素含量的分析方法,并为矿区大米质量控制提供一定的实验依据。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS),将50批次大米样品经HNO3微波消解后,通过优化电感耦合等离子体质谱仪工作参数,以Sc、Ge、Rh、Bi为混合内标溶液消除基体干扰,以标准模式/KED模式同时测定Pb、As、Cd、Cr、Ti、V、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Sr、Mo、Sn、Sb、Tl。结果该方法的线性关系良好,相关系数(r)为0.9991~0.9999,测定各元素的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.0%~3.8%(n=7),检出限为0~0.099μg/L,平均加标回收率为81.6%~107.6%。选取多种标准物质对部分具有代表性的元素进行验证,测定值结果均较为满意。结论该方法可作为同时检测大米中15种元素的有效检测手段,灵敏度高,重现性和选择性好,回收率高,易于操作,可为矿区大米质量控制提供一定的实验依据。
Objective To establish an analytical method for simultaneous determination of 15 elements in rice, and to provide experimental basis for quality control of rice in mining area. Methods 50 batches of rice samples were determined by ICP-MS after microwave-assisted digestion in HNO3. The interference of matrix was eliminated by optimizing the working parameters of ICP-MS with Sc, Ge, Rh and Bi as mixed internal standard solution. Pb, As, Cd, Cr, Ti, V, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Sr, Mo, Sn, Sb and Tl were determined simultaneously in standard mode/KED mode. Results The linear relationship of the method was good. The correlation coefficients (r) were 0.9991-0.9999, the RSDs of the elements were 1.0 %-3.8 %(n=7), the detection limits were 0-0.099 μg/L, and the average recoveries were 81.6 %-107.6 %. Several kinds of reference materials were selected to validate some representative elements, and the results were satisfactory. Conclusion This method can be used as an effective method for simultaneous determination of 15 elements in rice with high sensitivity, good reproducibility and selectivity, as well as high recovery and easy operation. It can provide experimental basis for quality control of rice in mining area.
