摘要
目的建立食品中16种稀土元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)的同时测定方法。方法样品经微波消解法处理,以Re元素作内标,采用ICP-MS法进行测定。结果方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.6%~2.3%,回收率为96.7%~117.8%,检出限为0.003μg/L^0.057μg/L,相关系数(r)为0.999 7~1.000 0。对3种标准参照物质进行测定,结果均在标准值范围内。采用本法对213份实际样品进行测定,结果表明:按照食品类别比较,蔬菜中稀土元素的含量最高,且各元素的含量均低于国标限值。按照稀土元素比较,铈和钕的含量最多,其次是镧、钇,含量最少的是铕、钬、铥和镥。结论该方法准确、灵敏、快速、简便,适合食品中痕量稀土元素的测定。
Objective To establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectroscopy ( ICP - MS) method for simultanenously determing 16 rare -earth elements in food. Methods The samples were digested by microwave oven and then determined by ICP - MS with rhenium element as internal standard. Results Relative standard deviations (RSD) of the method was among 0.6% -2.3%, the recovery rate was 96.7% - 117.8% , the detection limit was 0. 003 μg/L ~ 0. 057 μg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 7 - 1. 000 0. The test of three national standard reference materials showed that the results conform to the certified values with this method. 213 samples were determined by ICP - MS method. The results showed that the rare element contents of vegetables were the highest compared with other types of foods, and the concentrations of every element were lower than the national standard limits. In addition, according to different kinds of elements, the maximum content were Ce and Nd, followcd by La and Y, and the least were Eu, Ho, Tm and Lu. Conclusion This method is accurate, sensitive and simple, so it is suitable for the analysis of rare - earth elements in foods.
